The arbitration shall take place in the United States, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.
If you are a resident of the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from these Terms within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day you received the Application.
You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. government as a "terrorist supporting" country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in effect. The failure of the Company to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
These Terms may have been translated if we have made them available to you on our Application. You agree that the original English text shall prevail in the case of a dispute.
